Amazing and lovely location in Ruedesheim am Rhein, adjacent to the very lively german restaurant, and the best street in the centre of town. The breakfasts with made-to-order main egg dish.

Famous and clean place with highly courteous and really helpful staff. Generous and enjoyable breakfast with an omelet station and champagne, for instance. Comfortable and easy location of the hotel, close to the Niederwald Monument, superb restaurant, and river. A fun way to end my trip.

Clean hotel, loved to be near the cafes, the Drosselgasse, the best street in the centre of town, and the best view of the town thanks to easy and perfectly comfortable location. We had brand-new, huge room with great beds and view on the Rhein, for example. Having a shower and hairdryers was a bonus. Was a chilled-out base for trip.

Overall quality of the hotel, staff and services are all very good. The included breakfast is very nice and the attention of personnel is well above average. Highy recommended.
Nothing. Location is kind of tricky to find, but it is the same for any other hotel in Rudesheim

It ticks all the boxes! Superb management, friendly, hardworking staff, delightful building and location in the town second to none. We overlooked the patio garden downstairs which could have been noisy, but superbly engineered windows block it out if you don't want to hear. Our room was spacious with a really good sized bathroom. Wanted to try other places for meals, but food and atmosphere was so good here, we never did! Can't be bettered for a smooth running yet personalised hotel in town/village centre and we would certainly return.
Only very small thing was that I found the soap dispensers in the bathroom difficult to use.

An excellent hotel from all aspects. The staff are welcoming, the bedrooms are comfortable with extra large beds, the food excellent and the evening entertainment added to the atmosphere. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the town with car parking. Car access is via a pedestrian walkway and we would advise arriving in day light hours.

Exellent location right in the heart of Rudesheim, near shops and attractions. The staff were welcoming and invited us to enjoy a drink before checking into our room. The room was large and well-appointed. We dined at the restaurant that night, which was very popular. A bit on the expensive side, but the food was very nice. The band playing while we ate made for a great holiday atmosphere.

The room was an excellent size and staff where very friendly. The restaurant was very good and the court yard setting beautiful. The location was excellent and only a 10min walk from the train station. On our departure the staff were even kind enough to organise a hotel shuttle bus to drop us off at the train station. Breakfast with the scrabble eggs was excellent. Free Wi-Fi. The glass of sparkling wine on check-in
The bells every hour from 10 am to 10pm.. Sounded like someone was trying to bash through the walls. Don't get room 20 ..Not very relaxing. The live music playing till midnight was also very annoying if you had been travelling all day and wanted to get some sleep.
